What will the approval process be?

Where will the buck stop at your end? How many people are involved in approving the film or video? Complicated corporate bureaucracy does delay the creative, pre-production, production and post-production processes. This will cost you money. So if possible appoint one person or maybe two to be in charge of the project who can make the final decisions.

For example: If you are on location and the client and the crew don't know whether it should be "apples or oranges" in the shot and it takes hours to find out, you will be the one who has to pay for this wasted time. A re-scheduled shoot adds additional time to the project, which also means extra costs.
